International Shipping
You'll receive an email notification once your order is shipped, with a tracking number for following up for shipments if applicable.
Our international delivery courier is DHL. Your items will be shipped out within 2-3 working days.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs & duty tax. Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges.
For item(s) you wish to return or exchange, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please note that item(s) can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, kindly contact us at [email protected] and we’d be happy to assist you. Once the item has been shipped out, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
Goods returned will only be accepted if they are returned in the original condition & packaging, free of any defects.
You will be notified once we have received your item. If the item is returned for exchange damaged, it will be rejected and shipped back to you.
If there is a fault by Bakwai, we will bear the costs of any return shipping costs.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
